Two Ways to Partner With Serenity
Every funeral home partner can choose either approach—or use both, depending on the family's needs. Your team is never required to manage orders through our portal.
Option 1: Refer Families Directly
Simply introduce the family to Serenity Impressions. The family contacts us, selects the memorial products and services they need, provides their information, and works directly with our studio for design, proofing, and payment. Your funeral home does not need to submit an order or use the ordering portal.
Ideal for: Funeral homes that want to offer families a trusted design and printing resource without managing the project themselves.
Option 2: Funeral Home Direct Ordering
Your staff submits memorial orders through our Funeral Home Ordering Portal. We coordinate the project with your designated representative, including specifications, proofing, and production. Approved partners receive access instructions and applicable professional pricing.
Ideal for: Funeral homes that prefer to coordinate orders and offer memorial products directly through their own service arrangements.
Use referrals, direct ordering, or a combination of both. We'll help you choose a process that fits your team.
Design & Production Options
Design-Only Support
Your funeral home manages printing; Serenity provides professionally designed, approved digital files prepared to your agreed specifications.
Full-Service Design & Print
Serenity handles design and coordinates printing and delivery, with timelines confirmed according to format, quantity, approval, and destination.
Professional partnership pricing is available upon inquiry. We also support one-time specialty projects and ongoing working relationships.
A Clear, Collaborative Process
- Connect: Share your organization’s needs, order volume, and preferred service model.
- Coordinate: We confirm project specifications, content requirements, pricing, and realistic deadlines.
- Design & Review: You receive a proof to review according to the agreed approval schedule.
- Produce & Deliver: Following approval and required payment, we prepare the final digital files or coordinate printing and delivery.
Timing: Initial proofs are generally provided within 48 hours after payment and all required information are received. Printing typically takes 1–2 business days after final approval, with shipping time additional. Availability, order size, weekends, and rush needs may affect scheduling.
