Our Design & Print Process

We know the details matter, especially when time is limited. Here is what to expect when working with Serenity Impressions.
From Your First Order to Final Delivery
Choose Your Memorial Services
Explore our obituary design options, printing services, and keepsakes. Select the products and format that fit your family’s needs.
Secure Your Order & Submit Information
Complete checkout or your invoice payment, then provide your loved one’s information, photos, and requested details through our order information process. Your place on our production schedule is secured when payment is received.
Review Your Custom Proof
After payment and all required materials are received, your initial draft is generally provided within 48 hours for orders on our standard schedule. Carefully review spelling, dates, photographs, and service information. Revisions can be requested during the proofing stage within the provided deadline; extensive or additional changes may require a fee. Revisions are not unlimited.
Approve Your Design
Once you approve your proof, we prepare the final design. Approved print orders proceed to production, while design-only orders receive their completed digital files.
Printing & Delivery
Printing generally takes 1–2 business days after final approval, with shipping or local delivery arranged according to your order and confirmed schedule. Our goal is for printed memorials to arrive before the service.
Planning Around a Service Date?
Please submit your order information as early as possible. Rush services may be available, subject to scheduling and additional fees. Shipping times vary, and production begins only after the required approvals and payment.
