AI Design Policy

The Canva Design Rescue service is intended for editable Canva designs only.

If your obituary was created using an AI design tool, it should be submitted as a Canva file with fully editable, movable elements. This allows us to make the minor adjustments needed to prepare your design for professional printing.

Please note that many AI-generated designs contain flattened or locked text, graphics, borders, flowers, and other decorative elements that cannot be moved or edited. Serenity Impressions does not edit, recreate, or modify locked AI-generated artwork.

Because our obituary programs are printed using full-bleed printing and trimmed to their finished size, we may need to reposition design elements to maintain a proper bleed and safe trim area. If your AI-generated design contains locked or non-editable elements, these adjustments cannot be made.

To help ensure the best print results, please keep all important text, photos, flowers, borders, frames, and decorative elements away from the edges of your design unless they are intentionally meant to bleed off the page. Elements placed too close to the trim line may be cut during finishing if they cannot be repositioned.

By submitting an AI-generated design for our Canva Design Rescue service, you acknowledge that Serenity Impressions is not responsible for trimming, alignment, spacing, or print issues resulting from locked or non-editable AI elements.
