Client Proofing & Rush Order Liability Waiver

CLIENT PROOF APPROVAL & PRINTING RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

Serenity Impressions is committed to providing professional and high-quality memorial and design services. While every effort is made to identify errors and ensure accuracy, the final responsibility for reviewing and approving all content rests solely with the client.

Clients are required to carefully review all proofs before granting final approval. This includes, but is not limited to, names, dates, photographs, spelling, grammar, punctuation, obituary content, service information, tributes, scripture selections, and layout accuracy.

Orders requested with expedited turnaround times, last-minute deadlines, same-day service, waived rush fees, or limited revision periods may increase the possibility of overlooked errors due to the compressed production schedule. Regardless of turnaround time, the client remains fully responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted proofs before printing or final delivery.

Once final approval has been provided, and/or the design has been submitted for printing, production, or digital delivery, Serenity Impressions assumes that all information has been reviewed and approved by the client. No refunds, credits, discounts, reprints, or other compensation will be provided for errors that were present in the approved proof but were not reported before final approval was given.

By purchasing services from Serenity Impressions, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed this agreement and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of all approved content. You further agree that Serenity Impressions shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that appear in the final product after client approval has been granted.
