PRINT-READY FILE REQUIREMENTS
Before You Submit Your Design
Serenity Impressions provides professional printing services for customer-supplied designs. Customers are responsible for submitting a properly prepared, print-ready file.
Designs created using ChatGPT, AI design tools, Canva, or other online design platforms may require additional preparation before they are suitable for professional printing.
Your File Must:
- Be submitted at the correct finished size
- Include proper bleed when artwork extends to the edge
- Have important text, photos, logos, and graphics within the safe margin
- Be high resolution and suitable for print
- Be saved in an appropriate print-ready format, preferably PDF
PLEASE NOTE
Anything placed too close to the trim line may be cut off during trimming. A design that looks correct on a computer or phone screen does not necessarily mean it is ready for professional printing.
Serenity Impressions prints the file as submitted.
If your file requires resizing, bleed setup, margin adjustments, repositioning, corrections, or other preparation to make it print-ready, a separate Print-Ready File Setup Fee will apply.
