Our proof and printing process helps us serve every family with care.
Serenity Impressions serves multiple families at one time, so all edit and approval deadlines must be respected.
We cannot hold or delay our production schedule because a client does not respond by the required cutoff time.
BEFORE DESIGN BEGINS
Payment, information & your schedule
Payment and all required information must be received by your provided cutoff. Until payment is received, your project is not on our production schedule. If payment or required materials arrive late, we may be unable to accept your order.
Your first proof is typically provided within 48 hours after all required information and payment are received. Review it and return edits promptly so your order can stay on schedule.
Every family we serve is navigating a tender moment. Keeping each project on schedule protects the time and care needed for every loved one’s tribute.
01 EDITS & APPROVAL
Respond by your provided cutoff.
Edits must be submitted by the cutoff time provided. If no edits or response are received by that deadline, we will assume the most recent proof is approved and may proceed to print.
02 REQUESTS NOT TO PRINT
A missed deadline may change your order.
If you miss your deadline and later ask us not to print, your order will be converted to a Custom Design-Only Order, and you will be responsible for having the design printed elsewhere.
03 DESIGN & PRINTING FEES
Custom design is a completed service.
Once a proof has been delivered to you, the design portion of your order is nonrefundable. You have received access to the custom design, which means the design service has been performed.
If you originally paid for design and printing, only the eligible unused printing portion may be refunded. Our design-only prices are clearly outlined on our website.

We plan for your obituary to be in hand one day before the service. Printed orders ship via expedited 2-day shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier schedules, weather, or other delays.
Weekend delivery depends on the carrier and your address. Your schedule may need to be moved earlier to target Friday delivery before a weekend service.
Missing the approval deadline does not qualify the order for a refund, complimentary reprint, design credit, or production delay.
Your acknowledgment
Booking Serenity Impressions through our website or paying an invoice sent to you means that you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our process.
