How Can We Assist You?

1. Placing an Order:  Select Your Design
Choose from our range of Pre-made designs or opt for a fully custom layout. If you need help navigating our store or selecting a product, our team is happy to assist. Simply reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process.

2. Customization Support: Submit Your Content
During this phase, You will complete our design📜 and you will upload your photos, text, and any special instructions. Personalizing your obituary design is an important part of creating a meaningful tribute. If you have any questions or need guidance on how to upload photos, add text, or make specific requests, contact us for help with customization.

3. Proof & Revision Process: Review & Approve
During this phase, you will receive a digital proof to review and approve before printing. This phase is CRUCIAL and we want your design to be perfect. After submitting your content, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. If any revisions are needed, let us know, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments until you’re completely satisfied.  Please note: extensive revisions cut into produce and print time, so make sure to make all necessary revisions ASAP after you get your proof.  

4. Order Status & Tracking:

5. Shipping & Delivery:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. If you need help choosing the best option for your timeline or have questions about shipping times, we’re here to assist. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order is shipped.  If you need EXPEDITED 1 DAY SHIPPING please reach out to us BEFORE placing an order. 

6. Returns & Refunds:
At Serenity Impressions, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom products. Once your order is printing or in the process of being printed, we can not cancel nor refund you as these are customized designs and print.  If there’s an issue with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us to resolve the matter.
