We are committed to providing high-quality obituary designs and memorial prints with professionalism and care. Please review our policies below before placing an order.


Obituary Design Timeframes
At Serenity Impressions, we understand the importance of creating timely and meaningful tributes. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Rough Draft: We will send you a rough draft of your obituary design within 24-48 hours of receiving your information.
  • Final Design: Once you’ve reviewed the draft, we’ll make any necessary revisions. The final design will be delivered within 1 business day after your approval.

We are committed to delivering high-quality memorial designs with the utmost care and respect.


Design & Revision Policy
Each order includes 3 complimentary revisions for minor text or layout adjustments.
Additional revisions after the third edit will incur a $15 fee per change ($30-$50 for major design modifications).
Once the final design is approved, no further changes can be made.


Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

  • Digital Obituary Designs: Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours after receiving all required content.
  • Printed Orders: Production time is 1-2 business days, plus shipping.
  • Rush Orders:
    • Rush orders are available for an additional $125 fee.
    • Rush printed orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required before design work or printing begins.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.

  • Refunds & Cancellations:
    • Digital Design Orders: No refunds once work has begun.
    • Printed Orders: No refunds once the order is sent to print.

Payment Plans Available
We want to make your experience as convenient as possible by offering flexible payment options:

  • On Serenity Impressions Website (www.serenityimpressions.co): We accept Shop Pay Installments and Zip for payment plans.
  • On Our Associated Site (www.brandingstudio314.co): We offer Sezzle, Zip, Klarna, and Shop Pay Installments to break your payments into manageable installments.

Printing & Shipping Policy

  • Printing Time: 1-2 business days after design approval.
  • Shipping Time: Varies based on location and selected shipping method, but your order will arrive within 2-3 business days after printing.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer FREE 2-3 day shipping on all obituary and memorial pieces.
    We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided shipping addresses.

File Delivery & Printing Approval
Final digital obituary designs will be provided in high-resolution PDF format via email.
Customers must review and approve the digital proofs before printing. Serenity Impressions is not liable for any errors after approval.


Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, images, and other details for the obituary design.
Serenity Impressions is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.


Copyright & Usage
All designs remain the property of Serenity Impressions until full payment is received.
Purchased obituary designs are for personal and memorial use only. Commercial use or resale is not permitted.
