Due to the custom nature of our memorial pieces, we do not offer refunds! However, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with the final memorial piece through our revision process.

We deliver your final design digitally via email ( a high quality pdf ) for your preview before we send it print. Your design will be in high resolution formats suitable for both printing and online sharing. We can only stand by the quality of the print vendor we use to print our obituaries.
Yes, you can inform the funeral home that you have a designer for the obituary program. We will work alongside you to ensure everything is coordinated smoothly.

Once you recieve your rough draft and changes are made if needed.. after we get the final approval from you , your order will go immediately to print and will ship out later the same day or the very next morning and arrive to you within 2-3 business days!
