St. Louis Area Funeral Homes: Printed orders are typically delivered directly to the funeral home one day before the scheduled service, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and confirmed.

Shipped Orders: Serenity Impressions proudly serves families nationwide with free 2-day expedited shipping on obituary print orders only. We carefully coordinate production and shipping to target delivery one day before the scheduled funeral or memorial service, giving families peace of mind that their memorial materials are being handled with care.

All timelines depend on receipt of payment, required information and timely proof approval.

❤️ Important Scheduling Policy

Every family I serve is navigating a tender, overwhelming moment. To honor each loved one with the same care and attention, I must keep all projects on schedule. When even one order falls behind, it disrupts the timeline for other grieving families.

• For clarity, If payment has not been made, your project IS NOT on my schedule. This ensures I can dedicate time only to families who are confirmed and keeps all projects on track.

• I will send you a text reminder with your exact cutoff date and time for you to have all your information in to me. If you do not get me your info, or if I dont hear back by that deadline, I cannot place your project on my schedule. Because I design several obituaries at once, timing is truly of the essence.

• If I do not receive payment and all required information by the cutoff times, I will not be able to take on the order. Staying on schedule ensures every family’s keepsake arrives when it’s needed most.

• Your initial design proof is typically provided within 24–48 hours after payment and all required information and photos are received. Please review and return edits promptly so we can finalize on time.

• Printed obituary orders include free 2-day expedited shipping. Other products do not include free shipping.

Weekend Services: Orders for Saturday and Sunday services are scheduled with additional consideration for carrier delivery days, with the goal of having printed materials arrive before the scheduled service.

PLEASE NOTE: If final design approval is not received by the print deadline, Serenity Impressions reserves the right to proceed with printing using the most recent approved or revised proof to meet the requested production schedule. Missing the approval deadline does not qualify the order for a refund, complimentary reprint, design credit, or production delay.
