- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Saturday: Closed
- Closed Sundays & major holidays
Payment
- Full payment is required before design work begins.
- Payments are accepted through our website or HoneyBook.
Design Process
- A private information form will be sent after your order.
- Please designate one family representative for all communication.
- Rough drafts are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours after all photos and information are received.
- Rush service is available for an additional fee.
Revisions
- Up to 3 revisions are included.
- Additional revisions may incur a fee.
- No changes can be made after final approval or once printing begins.
Design Approval
- Designs must be approved by the deadline provided.
- Delayed approvals may affect production and delivery.
- Orders may proceed to print after the approval deadline to prevent missed service dates.
Photos & Content
- Submit clear, high-resolution photos whenever possible.
- Double-check all names, dates, and service information before submission.
- Photo restoration and enhancements are available for an additional fee.
Printing
- Choose professional printing through Serenity Impressions or receive a print-ready digital file.
- Printing begins only after final approval.
Shipping
- Free 2-day expedited shipping is included on qualifying printed orders.
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
- Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
Delivery Schedule
- Orders approved before the daily production cutoff remain on schedule.
- Orders approved after the cutoff move to the next business day.
- Carrier delays are outside of our control.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Because each design is custom-created, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Printing cannot be canceled after production starts.
