Client Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Serenity Impressions. Every memorial tribute is custom designed with care, compassion, and attention to detail. The following agreement explains our design, proofing, printing, and production process.

1. Order Confirmation

Your project enters our production schedule once payment, obituary text, photographs, service information, and all requested materials have been received.

Your turnaround time begins only after ALL required information has been received.

2. Design Timeline

Your initial rough draft will be provided within 24 hours after all required information has been received.

3. Client Review

Please review every proof carefully, including names, dates, times, locations, photographs, spelling, grammar, and layout. The client is responsible for verifying all information before approving the final proof.

4. Revision Policy

Minor revisions are included during the proofing process. Major content changes, redesign requests, or excessive revisions may result in additional design fees and may affect the completion timeline.

5. Submission Deadlines

If all required information is not received by the agreed-upon cutoff time, and no prior arrangements have been made, Serenity Impressions reserves the right to decline or reschedule the project based on current production availability.

6. Print Approval Deadline

Final approval must be received by the agreed-upon print cutoff.

If final approval is not received by the print deadline, Serenity Impressions reserves the right to proceed with printing using the most recent approved or revised proof to meet the requested production schedule.

Missing the approval deadline does not qualify the order for a refund, complimentary reprint, design credit, or production delay.

7. After Printing

Once your project has been approved and submitted for printing, no additional changes can be made. If an error appears on the approved proof, reprints are the client's responsibility. If Serenity Impressions makes an error that differs from the information provided, we will correct it at no additional charge.

8. Production Timeline

Delays in submitting obituary text, photographs, service information, corrections, or proof approvals may delay your completion date. Serenity Impressions cannot guarantee requested delivery dates when required materials or approvals are received after the established deadlines.

9. Client Response Time

Clients are encouraged to review and respond to proofs promptly. Extended delays may require your project to be rescheduled based on production availability.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of memorial design services, all design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

11. Final Responsibility

Final proof approval confirms that all names, dates, times, photographs, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and submitted information are correct. Once approved, the client accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the proof.

12. Client Acknowledgement

By submitting payment and approving your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Client Service Agreement.

Effective Date

Effective July 2025. This agreement applies to all design, printing, and memorial services provided by Serenity Impressions Design Studio LLC. The version in effect when your order is placed governs your project.
